The third edition of the festival FÜR DICH FÜR DICH FÜR DICH in TNT is taking place on the 29th, 30th and 31st of October 2020 in Marburg. www.theaternebendemturm.de
This time we won’t invite finished productions. It is our intention that we don’t specify a topic. It is our intention that we don’t make any further conditions apart from organizational and financial requirements. We are looking for performances of about 30 minutes each on a topic that seems – to you – interesting, relevant, and worthy of spending time on it and which doesn’t have to be part of a contemporary discourse at all. The assembly and disassembly should be uncomplicated and be realized in max. 15 minutes (or, if it takes longer, the performance can take place at the beginning or end of a block. We will find a solution!)
Please send us a DIN A4 page with your idea by June 15, 2020. If possible, we provide a budget of EUR 1200 each, as well as a rehearsal room & technology & dramaturgical support / outside eye / grants for accommodation and travel expenses, as well as material costs. We do the public relations. We expressly wish to receive applications from people who no longer see themselves as young artists. (But the submissions by young artists are of course also very welcome.) We need:
- short information about the group/artist in approx. 700 characters possibly
- a link to the website or links to previous work, photos etc.
- approx 2500-2800 characters (A DIN A4 page) on the idea of performance
