Von dem Abruf der Gelder, über die Erstellung eines Vergabevermerkes bis zur Ausgabe der Gelder: #TakeThat umfasst elf durch die Beauftragten der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien (BKM) finanzierte Förderprogramme. Euer Antrag im Rahmen von #takethat wurde bewilligt, aber was müsst Ihr jetzt beachten?
Der Workshop soll einen vertieften Einblick in wesentliche Fördergrundsätze (alsbaldige Mittelverwendung etc.) geben, wichtige Muster (Einholung eines Angebotes, Vergabevermerk, Kostenerstattungsbeleg, Reisekostenabrechnung) bereitstellen und im Rahmen von Gruppenübungen erproben sowie die wichtigsten Grundsätze des Vergaberechtes (Preisvergleich, drei Angebote, Ausschreibung etc.) erörtern. Der Workshop soll möglichst eine individuelle Rechtsberatung ersetzen – mit Pausen, Gruppenübungen und Zeit für die Besprechung der individuellen Fragen.

BFDK: #TakeThat “a day through the jungle of rights« (consultation)
From the call-up of the funds, to the preparation of a contract notice to the issue of the funds: #TakeThat comprises eleven funding programs financed by the Federal Government’s representatives for Culture and Media (BKM). Your #takethat application has been approved, but what do you need to consider now?
The workshop is intended to provide an in-depth insight into key funding principles (immediate use of funds, etc.), provide important samples (obtaining an offer, award notice, reimbursement document, travel expense report) and to test them in the context of group exercises, as well as discuss the most important principles of public procurement law (price comparison, three offers, open call, etc.). The workshop should replace, if possible, individual legal advice – with breaks, group exercises and time for the discussion of individual questions.
