Im Rahmen der Konzeptvergabe „Space 4 Ideas“ sollen 2 mit ca. 50 Prozent Mietnachlass subventionierte Erdgeschossflächen im neuen Kreuzberger Gewerbehof PANDION THE SHELF in der Prinzenstraße an umsatzpflichtige Gewerbemieter*innen vergeben werden. Die Flächen sind 221 bzw. 417 Quadratmeter groß. Mietbeginn ist voraussichtlich im Juni 2021. Die Vertragsdauer ist auf mind. fünf bis max. zehn Jahre angelegt. Mit einem Konzept kann man sich an der Ausschreibung beteiligen und für die Anmietung bewerben.

In the context of a tendering procedure for concepts, two spaces (221 and 417 square metres) with subsidised rent (about 50%) should be attributed to the new business courtyard PANDION THE SHELF in Ritterstraße 21-23. All tradesmen, who are subject to VAT and who combine their economic business with art, culture or social commitment and who are familiar with the needs of the residents, employees in the Wassertor district and in the business courtyard can take part. The renting period is estimated to start in June 2021 for minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years.
