Am 24. Juli 2020 findet in Berlin ein riesiges Festival statt, an dem viele Künstler*innen, Ensembles und Kulturschaffende aller Sparten teilnehmen, indem sie nicht kommen. In Corona-Zeiten wird Anwesenheit und Ko-Präsenz zum Verhängnis. Viele freie Künstlerinnen und Kulturschaffende verdienen aber gerade aus diesem Grund kein Geld mehr und können ihre Lebenshaltungskosten nicht bezahlen.
Antrag
Vom 8. Juni 2020 bis zum 23. Juli 2020 können sich freischaffende Künstler*innen und selbstständige Kulturschaffende aus Berlin bewerben und an der Verlosung der eingegangenen Spenden teilnehmen! Die Kriterien zur Bewerbung sind: Berliner Wohnsitz, Steuernummer für Freiberufler, kurze Schilderung der eigenen Lage und keine Hilfe aus der Soforthilfe II. Es gibt keine inhaltlichen Kriterien zur Teilnahme. Die Anträge werden auf Vollständigkeit geprüft.

On July 24, 2020, an enormous festival will take place in Berlin where a stunning number of independent artists and culture makers working in all disciplines will take part – by not showing up. During the coronavirus pandemic, many freelance artists and culture makers have been unable to earn money and pay their living costs. This is a solidarity festival for Independent Berlin-based artists and culture makers facing extreme financial hardship.
Application
From June 8 through July 23, 2020, freelance artists and culture makers based in Berlin can apply to take part in the drawing to receive a relief package from the donations received! The criteria for submitting an application are: a registered residence in Berlin, a tax number for freelance work, a brief statement about the applicant’s financial situation and that the applicant did not receive relief funds from the state of Berlin’s Soforthilfe II program.
